MEET NIKKI

NIKKI MILLMAN, Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach.

Can I let you in on a secret? I use to be in your shoes….but we’ll get to that later.

I am a Registered Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach and the founder behind Nikki Millman Nutrition. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, I graduated from Western University, with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, and soon after received my diploma in holistic nutrition.

​

My philosophy is simple and practical; I strive to meet my clients where they are and help them make small changes that feel good to them. I do not like diet culture, calorie counting, or restrictive eating, but I do like results. I help my clients evaluate what is working for them, and help them adapt what isn’t. I strive to create a safe environment with open dialogue that is free of judgement.

My health journey began in university. I was constantly experiencing horrible bloating, constant brain fog, chronic stomach aches and terrible acne. After months of doctors’ appointments and medical treatments with no resolve, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I started making little changes that lead to big results. 

I adopted a more plant-based lifestyle, but never restricted the foods I love. I started to learn what foods really work for me, and how to incorporate healthy alternatives to those that don’t.

I fell in love with cooking and knowing exactly where my food was coming from. Nourishing my body from the inside made me feel so much better on the outside.

My journey has led me to open a multi-faceted nutrition practise to help YOU discover that you really can feel amazing, while never giving up the foods and experiences that feed your soul.

WHAT IS A HOLISTIC NUTRITION COACH?

As a holistic nutrition coach my end goal is never to put a Band-Aid on your symptoms, but to uncover the root cause and how nutrition can play a role in healing.  Looking at the body as a whole, my recommendations don’t just include diet, but lifestyle modifications as well.
